Status Legend

You can follow the process of source verification for each and every document that you send PCRC by viewing your documents through PCRC Online. Each document will be processed individually. It is important that you check your PCRC Online profile to confirm the current status of each document sent to PCRC for source verification. You will receive an e-mail notification from PCRC if any of your documents require further information or correction. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation from PCRC when all of your documents have received a “Verification Returned--Pass” status. Otherwise, it is the candidate’s responsibility to check the status of each document throughout the verification process.

Legend for the Source Verification Status:
Not Ready for Verification:	a. The document is waiting for source verification; i.e., it has not yet been processed. or b. This document does not require source verification; e.g., your photograph or identity document.
Ready for Verification:	The document is ready to be sent for source verification to ECFMG, and it will be sent shortly.
Verification in Progress:	The document has been sent to ECFMG for source verification, and ECFMG has received the request. Source verification is in progress.
Verification Returned:	ECFMG has received the results of the verification of the document. The results are being sent to PCRC.
Verification Returned--Pass:	PCRC has compared the results returned from ECFMG with information from their own database, and it is a positive match. The document has now been source verified.
Verification Returned--Fail:	PCRC has compared the results returned from ECFMG with information from their own database, and there is some discrepancy.
Verification Returned--Inconclusive:	This document is not valid; e.g., information is missing, a signature has been cut off at the bottom of the page, etc.
